At Shonelle Naturals, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged skincare product, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused, sealed, and in original condition
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the error was ours
   

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
